We are planning to enjoy the entire day at the Powel Crosley Estate. This venue is on the Sarasota bay across from the Sarasota Bradenton Airport. You will turn in next to USF Sarasota and follow the drive straight to the back. We will be providing an uber credit to each household to cover your travel expenses.

Please RSVP by October 14th, 2025. If you don't submit an RSVP we will assume that you are unable to attend. 

The ceremony is set to begin at four in the afternoon. We suggest that you arrive no more than 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to settle in and find a seat. Please do not arrive sooner than 3:30 as you won't be able to enter the property before then. 

There will be a rehersal but the time & place are currently TBD. The rehersal will only be required for the bridal party since most of our guests will be traveling some distance.

The schedule is as follows:

4:00-4:30: Ceremony
4:30-5:30: Cocktail Hour
5:30-6:30: Dinner
6:30-10:00: Dancing

November is typically 61-79 F in Sarasota. We aren't expecting rain, but there is a contigency plan should that occur.

We will be reaching out to our family members who are coming in from out of state to provide details on accommodations.

Yes! However, we will be providing an uber credit to cover your transportation if you are in Pinellas County. We will send it to the email entered on your RSVP.

We are having a limited guest list for a more intimate affair. We respectfully ask that you only RSVP for no more than the amount of people on your reservation card.

Due to the venue package selected, we cannot accomodate additional guests as much as we wish we could. 

Yes! We are doing a plated dinner with preselected options. 

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please indicate on the RSVP form and we will reach out.

Yes! We want you to enjoy yourselves on us.

Yes! We want to include all of our family & friends. However, if your children attend please be advised that the venue is on the water.

We kindly request that you place your cellphone on silent before the ceremony commences. We also ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that the photographers have an unobstructed view. 

You are more than welcome to take photos after the ceremony is over. In fact, we encourage it!
